In this release, we are bringing the ability for end users to get their Encryption Recovery Key for their macOS (FileVault) and Windows (Bitlocker, etc) devices from their mobile device. We recommend all users install the latest version of Intelligent Hub 23.04 to see the same user experience. If you do make these changes and your clients are on an older version of Intelligent Hub, then all tabs will be disabled for them until the Apps Tab is turned back on. There are no changes to Hub Services for this functionality to work it is all on the Intelligent Hub side.

If you disable the Apps tab but still have the Favorites tab enabled, Web Links will be the only thing visible on the Favorites tab. If you have any of the other tabs configured like People, For You, Support etc., those other tabs will show without the Apps and Favorites tab needing to be shown. To hide the Apps and/or the Favorites tab, turn off the toggles in the Hub Services console for those tabs.

We are introducing the ability for customers to enable the tabs that they need for their specific use cases. Previously, administraors had to enable the Apps tab in order to enable Hub Services and any of the other tabs (Favorites, People, For You, Support, Custom, etc). We are removing the requirement to have the Apps tab enabled when customers would like to use Hub Services.
